Support

Help with our games, your account and how we keep everything safe.

Our games

All 31 games on Cucarecu are made by our own studio and hosted on our own website. They open right inside the page, so there's nothing to download or install and no third-party app to sign up for.

  • Devices: every game works in an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, turning it sideways or using full screen gives a bigger view.
  • No account needed: any game can be opened as a guest. Signing in adds XP to your level and saves your recently opened games.
  • If a game won't load: press Reload game under the game, check your internet connection, or try another browser. If it still won't start, tell us which game and device.
  • Fair and free: games use coins only. There is no way to pay money into a game or take money out.

Your account

  • Signing up: use your email and a password, or press Continue with Google. We ask for your name, email and a UK mobile number, and for you to confirm you are 18 or over and live in the UK.
  • Signing in: use the same method you signed up with. Your account works on any device.
  • Forgotten password: contact Player Care from the email address on your account and we'll help you back in. Once signed in, you can change your password from your account page.
  • Changing details: ask Player Care to update your name, email or phone number.
  • Deleting your account: do it yourself at any time from My account, or ask us to do it for you.

Safety and security

Everything that matters on Cucarecu happens on our own server, not inside your browser. That keeps your account consistent across devices and keeps your details away from other visitors.

  • Server-side forms: sign-up, sign-in, account changes, the contact form and Player Care messages are all sent to our server and checked there before anything is saved or sent.
  • Passwords: your password is turned into a one-way scrambled code before it is saved. Nobody at Cucarecu can read it, and we will never ask you for it.
  • Private account storage: account details are kept in protected storage on our server that can't be opened from the web.
  • Secure sign-in: once you sign in, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in. It can't be read by scripts on the page and ends when you close your browser.
  • Lock-out protection: five wrong passwords in a row pause sign-in to that account for 15 minutes.
  • Google sign-in: when you use Google, our server checks the sign-in directly with Google before accepting it. Google shares only your name and verified email address.
  • Messages: contact and Player Care messages are delivered to our support team by encrypted email, and a record is kept in a protected log so we can follow up.
  • No payment details: we never ask for or store card or bank details, because there is nothing to buy.

We will never email, text or call to ask for your password. If you get a message like that, it isn't from us.

Coins and levels

  • Welcome coins: new accounts start with 50,000 coins.
  • Daily bonus: collect 10,000 free coins from My account once every 24 hours.
  • XP and levels: opening a game earns XP (once per game every 30 minutes) and collecting your daily bonus adds more. There are six levels, from Chick to Golden Rooster, and each new level adds bonus coins.
  • No cash value: coins are for fun only. They can't be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or anything else.

Common questions

Is Cucarecu gambling?

No. It's a free social games website. There is no real-money play, nothing to buy and no prizes of money or real-world value.

Why do you ask for a phone number?

It helps us confirm you're a real person in the UK and lets Player Care reach you about your account if needed. We never use it for marketing.

Why does my balance look different inside a game?

Each game shows its own play coins on screen. Your account balance, level and daily bonus are on My account.

How do I take a break?

Use Write to Player Care at the bottom of any page and choose Take a break or Restrict my account.
